Certified Payroll Ready is run by Victor, an independent software developer. This policy explains what we collect on this website, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. Questions: hello@certifiedpayrollready.com.

What we collect

• Waitlist form: your email address and, if you answer them, which payroll software you use, the state most of your projects are in, how many certified payrolls you file each week, and whether you would pay the founding price.
• Technical data: our host, Cloudflare, processes basic request data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver and protect the site.

We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

How we use it

• To email you when Certified Payroll Ready opens, with your founding price.
• To decide what to build first, using the totals.

We will not sell or rent your information, and we will not share it for other companies’ marketing.

Who processes it for us

• Cloudflare hosts the website and runs the form.
• Resend delivers the form to our inbox.
• Google (Gmail) stores our inbox, where waitlist sign-ups arrive.

How long we keep it

We keep waitlist details until Certified Payroll Ready opens and you decide whether to sign up. If it never opens, we delete the list within 12 months. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.

Your choices

• Every email we send has a way to unsubscribe, and we honour it.
• Email hello@certifiedpayrollready.com to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. We reply within 30 days.

Do Not Track

We do not track you across other websites, so we treat every visitor the same whether or not their browser sends a Do Not Track signal.

Children

This site is not meant for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. If a change is important, we will also email the waitlist.
